What is a Life Coach?

A life coach is someone who is trained in setting up a professional space for a client/coach teamwork. A life coach is equipped with many tools and skills to help the client reach their own personal life goals and roadblocks they may or may not be aware of. With motivation on your side, we are here to help you.

With so many little skills up our sleeves, one of our most favorite is just utilizing the art of questioning. This is huge, as we encourage the client to look deep within their own inner wisdom and to see, that they have all the answers they needed all along. Sometimes simple, but yet so empowering! And this is a huge part of the life coach space, helping their client reach their personal goals. 

A life coach will be available and involved, with holding you accountable to the goals and tools you have gained to make progression all the way until the end goal. And we couldn't love this more, we are here to help guide the client to where they would like to be, to shine light on what they might be missing.
